Dear Bill:
We are pleased to submit the enclosed final plat application for the Southridge Subdivision Phase 5.The
Project site is generally located south of W. Overland Rd. and between S. Linder Rd. and S.Ten Mile Rd.
in Meridian, Idaho.The project is bounded by Southridge Subdivision Phase 3 to the southeast and by
the Ridenbaugh Canal to the southwest. The Land Group, Inc. is pleased to represent the
applicant/developer, Endurance Holdings LLC/Southridge Farms LLC for this application.
The final plat, as submitted, is in conformance with and meets all requirements or conditions of the
preliminary plat as approved on July 21, 2015 (PP-14-017).The proposed development is in
conformance with all requirements and provisions of the UDC and with acceptable engineering,
architectural and surveying practices and local standards.As approved,the Southridge Subdivision
Phase 5 includes 10.22-acres with 64 total lots, including 56 single-family residential lots and 7 common
open space lots.
