I am specifically interested in the Ten Mile Crossing area. My card reads East of S. Ten Mile RD. and South of W. Franklin
RD. Linked to application: https://bit.ly/H-2020-0074
Hope all this helps.

I will be unable to attend the Public Hearing meeting on the 17. I would however like to have my comments entered
into the minutes.
Some years ago, the people of Meridian looked at, and approved a plan that showed the area in question being
developed similar to The Village. In an effort to allow progress, this plan has been amended several times. It is important
that the plan that was approved not continue to be altered. There exists no logical reason for this developer (most
developers/contractors do not live in Meridian) to be permitted to alter the current guidelines. There is no logical
reason for this developer to put in smaller apartments than what the plan now calls for. Nor is there any logical reason
for this developer to be allowed to raise the height of the buildings above four stories. To allow such changes ignores the
will of the people, caters to greed of the developer, and sets a precedent that I am sure Meridian does not want. We,
who live in the area, will of course accept the decision of the committee. We hope that you will consider in making that
decision what type of community you want to present.
