Dear Caleb,
Enclosed is the Final Plat Application for"Quartet Southeast No. 1,"the only phase of the Quartet Southeast
Preliminary Plat approved 6/18/2020.
This project will include 49 single family lots, and 11 common lots, for a total of 60 lots,within the project.
Quartet Southeast No.I will in total will be 18.95 acres and zoned R-8. Approved with Quartet Northeast was
the regional pathway and tot lot. This project will add more open space as well.
Statement of Conformance
This final plat is in full conformance with(1)The uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat and
meeting all requirements or conditions thereof, (2)the use requirements and provisions of the UDC; and(3)
acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices, and local standards.
