To whom it may concern:
We are proposing a new façade and addition on an existing building within City of Meridian city
limits. The existing site is located on the southwest corner of Eagle Rd and Overland Rd. The
building was previously a bank.
The main entrance to the store is located along the northern side of the building and faces
towards Overland Road. All parking for patrons and employees is available on all sides of the
building with the bulk of the parking spaces on the north and east sides.
The existing building is approximately 4,792 square feet with a proposed addition at
approximately 1,807 square feet, bringing the total to 6,599 square feet. There will be two
separate uses located within the building; a restaurant and an office. The goal of this project is to
create a façade upgrade with new paint, new stucco, new signs, new awnings, new windows
(existing windows to remain) and to patch and repair any damaged existing conditions. New
entrance features will be more welcoming. We would like to see a refreshed and more modern
look for this facility. The current drive through will remain, but will be smaller and will only allow
one car through at a time. A new drive-through window shall be placed on the east side addition.
There will be no new exterior light fixtures with a maximum output of 1,800 lumens or more.
