Dear Sir or Madam,
As an authorized agent of HOT1 LLLP, Cushing Terrell is hereby submitting CZC & Design Review documents
for a new 211,500 sf core and shell warehouse building to be located in the Scentsy Commons subdivision.
The project lot is currently zoned C-G and the proposed improvements are allowed per city of Meridian
Development Standards.
The building will have approximately 211,500 square feet of usable warehouse space. The overall site plan
and building layout enhance the area and coincide with the surrounding developments.
This narrative completes our formal Certificate of Zoning Compliance & Design Review application submittal.
