To City of Meridian Staff Member,
It is the intent of the applicant to construct a roughly 23,000 sf building consisting of office and
warehouse components. Included in this submission package you will find a Civil Site Plan,
Landscape Plan and, Architectural Elevations. The applicant meets and exceeds the necessary
checklist items outlined in the Certificate of Zoning Compliance and Design Review application
checklists.
The elevations illustrate the cohesive design and architectural elements, while the Key Notes
section outlines the building materials intended for construction. The landscape plan and the site
rendering outline the scale and percentages of Building Coverage, Landscape Coverage and
Parking Coverage.
Parking lots and lighting are addressed not only in the Civil Site Plan but also the Photometric
Plan as well, pedestrian access is addressed in the Site Plan, Landscape Plan, and Site Rederin.
All documents are attached to this application for the review by City of Meridian Staff.
