Hi Tamara,
Thank you for your recent submission for the trash enclosure. I did not see the approach change for the middle
enclosure as previously identified. Since you did not make any changes, and there is still insufficient room for drive-on
servicing at this enclosure, it will be entered as pull-out servicing only. Per Republic Services all enclosure dimensions
and approaches have been met per plans attached. We do not stamp plans per say but rather give approval through e-
mail and Republic Services approves of the plans attached.
