Excepting therefrom that portion conveyed to Ada County Highway District by Gift Deed recorded July 14, 2005 and
September 15, 2005, as Instrument_Nos.105094938 and 105134341, records of Ada County, Idaho, more
particularly described as follows:
A parcel located in the Northeast quarter of Sectlon 8, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, and being a
part of Lot 3 of Block 2 of Treasure Valley Business Center - Phase I according to the official plat thereof, filed in
Book 53 of Plats at Page(s) 4790 through 4792, official records of Ada County, Idaho., more particularly described as
follows:
Commencing at a brass cap monument marking the Northeasterly comer of said Northeast quarter from which a bolt
marking the Northwesterly comer of said Northeast quarter bears South 89°49'30' West a distance of 2644.15 feet;
thence
North 89°49'30° West along the Northerly boundary of said Northeast quarter a distance of 1805.25 feet to a point;
thence leaving said Northerly boundary
South 0°10'30" West a distance of 62.73 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence
