Re: A-2020-0214 Keto Heating Warehouse
Stacy:
Attached are revised Site and Landscape Plans, Site Details and revised Exterior
Elevations.
1. I have modified the site plan to move the parking behind the 35’ setback. It is
actually a few feet more so we can save the existing tree in the planter.
2. The sidewalk from the street into the site to the existing structure has been
widened to 5’. At the west side of the existing structure it narrows to 4’ wide then
widens back out to 5’-9”. I feel this is appropriate to maintain the new building 5’
West property line offset.
3. All parking stalls are 9’ x 19’, except for the handicapped stall which is 20’ to
meet ANSI A117 requirements.
4. I have added sod between the west property line and building. I would note that
the auto dealership to the west parks autos up against the common property line.
5. I have added my site plan detail sheet, I did not realize it was required for
planning approval.
6. I delineated the area around the planters that will have landscape m ulch and
called out the materials in the planting notes on the details sheet.
7. I added a planter at the north end of the parking strip with a tree and shrubs.
8. The South (Street) Elevation has been changed to add a stone planter and steel
landscape trellis.
9. The West Elevation has been modified to add a stone wainscot and extended
contrasting accent textured metal panels.
10. The East Elevation has been modified to add a stone wainscot.
