My name is Lee Dougal and I am adding Wyatt Welch to the email as I will soon be transferring to Baton Rouge, and he
will be taking over site surveys.
Thank you for sending the plans over, and I am enclosing our Commercial Enclosure Requirements for your
consideration.
Based on the plans you have provided, I will draw your attention to the internal enclosure dimension, door opening
angles, and the identification of cane bolts. My biggest concern is in the approach area. You identify 2 drive‐up lanes,
one of which is directly blocking access to the enclosure. The Commercial Enclosure requirements I am enclosing identify
the need for a clear path, and the minimum approach area.
