Description of Work:
Verizon Wireless is proposing to collocate on the existing traffic signal located at the northeast corner of the
intersection of East Ustick Road & North Centrepoint Way, Meridian, ID 83646. The proposed installation will
consist of one (1) small cell canister antenna, one (1) equipment enclosure at the top of the pole, and two (2)
exterior mounted conduits. There will also be two (2) small ground vaults added near the base of the pole to
house power and fiber. The new equipment is intended to relieve capacity coverage of the area.
