Landscape ModificationTo Meridian City Planning Department,
The following landscape requirement must be modified do to a 15' ACHD storm drain easement
at the front of the property which states, "Said easement shall remain free of all encroachments and
obstructions including fences and trees, which may adversely affect drainage or operation and
maintenance of the facilities.

b. The minimum density of one tree per thirty five (35) linear feet is required. If this calculation
results in a fraction of five (5) or greater, round up to an additional tree. If the calculation results in a
fraction less than five (5), round the number down.
Trees have been placed to each side of said storm drain easement area to where they will not
affect or obstruct the drainage of storm water runoff, and spaced accordingly based on average maturity
of proposed trees being planted.
