Certificate of Zoning Compliance Application
To whom this may concern:
ALC Architecture is pleased to represent Value Engineering in the requested
Certificate of Zoning Compliance Application.
The intent of this Certificate of Zoning Compliance Application is for the already
approved and constructed building (CZC (A-2019-0245.) The existing (2) windows at
the building south façade are to be filled in to match and align with existing exterior
finishes, and (3) new, repositioned windows are to be installed along the South
façade, and shall match the existing windows.
We kindly request your consideration for approval of this alteration as submitted. If
