Providing all storm drainage is retained on -site there will be no impact to Nampa &Meridian
Irrigation District (NMID). Therefore, no further review will be required at this time.
However, NMID has three (3) facilities at this location we�operate and maintain.
The Von Lateral courses along the north boundary of this project with an easement of forty
feet (40') total, twenty feet (20') from centerline each side. The Kennedy Lateral courses along
the sound boundary with an easement of fifty-five feet (55') total, twenty feet (20') left and
thirty-five feet (30') right from centerline; facing downstream. The Ten Mile Drain courses
through the middle of this project with an easement of one hundred feet (100') total, fifty feet
(50') from centerline each side.
Any work within these easements will require a filed Land Use Change Application and full
review of plans prior to final platting. All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. It
is recommended that irrigation water be available to all developments within the NMID.
Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31-3803.
