Final Plat Submittal (H-2020-01 01)
Honorable Mayor and City Council Members,
On behalf of Berkeley Communities,LLC this letter is to accompany the Final Plat
submittal for the Daphne Square Subdivision.
The submitted final plat on 4.97 acres for 29 building lots and 2 common lots in an R-1 S
zone conforms to the Annexation, Preliminary Plat, and Development Agreement(H-
2020-0101) submitted for the site and meets all the requirements thereof.
The submitted final plat, development plans, and landscape plans conform to the UDC
and all applicable engineering, architectural, and surveying practices and local standards.
