Public Hearing for Kiddie Academy (H-2021-0003) by neUdesign Architecture, LLC, Located at 3335 E. Victory Rd. A. Request: A Conditional Use Permit to construct a new 8,436 square-foot, single-story daycare facility on approximately 1 acre of land on Lot 3 of The Shops at Victory plat in the C-C zoning district. - Approved 4. Public Hearing Continued from February 18, 2021 for Foxcroft Subdivision (H-2020-0113) by Gem State Planning, LLC, Located Directly West of Ten Mile Road, on Both Sides of the Proposed Pine Avenue Extension and East of the Tenmile Creek A. Request: Annexation of 23 acres of land with a request for the R-8 zoning district. B. Request: A Preliminary Plat consisting of 85 building lots and 31 common lots on 35.7 acres of land in the proposed R-8 zoning district and existing R-15 zoning district. C. Request: A Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family development consisting of a total of 216 residential units on 12.74 acres in the existing R-15 zoning district. - Recommended Approval to City Council, Hearing Scheduled for April 6, 2021 5. Public Hearing for Movado Mixed Use (H-2020-0123) by FlexSpace, LLC, Located on the South Side of E. Overland Rd. Between S. Eagle Road and S. Cloverdale Rd. A. Request: Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family development consisting of 66 attached units (56 units on 4225 E. Overland and 10 units on Parcel S1121121011) on 6.8 acres of land in the C-G zoning district B. Request: A Development Agreement Modification to modify the concept plan approved with the existing agreements (Inst. #2017-12608 & #2018-012456) to include a mix of multi-family and commercial uses on the remaining 6.8 acres of the Movado development. - Recommended Denial to City Council, Hearing Scheduled for April 6, 2021 ADJOURNMENT - 9:36 p.m.
