We the applicant, Lost Rapids Development. LLC, provide this response to the Staff Report. We appreciate planning
staff’s continued work on and support of the project. We agree to staff’s recommendation for additional landscape
screening and bicycle rack and will include such with the CZC application.
With regards to staff recommendation for a sidewalk along the west and north side of the site, applicant feels that the
approved Pedestrian Connection Exhibit from the pre-plat and zoning hearings in April 2018 are sufficient and provide
adequate and safe pedestrian connectivity to the site, please find attached below. Also, applicant is adding pedestrian
access from the public street (Ten Mile) into the site, please see below.
Also, please find attached an updated landscape site plan that includes the additional landscape recommendations from
staff.

March 4 hearing.
