RE: Teakwood Place Subdivision, Final Plat (H-2020-0006)
Dear Planning and Zoning Commissioners,
We are requesting the approval of the final plat for Teakwood Subdivision. Teakwood
Subdivision has been designed in conformance with the approved preliminary plat and meeting
the conditions thereof. With the exception of condition 9 and the construction of the sidewalk
along Victory Road. ACHD is preparing for the reconstruction of the Locust Grove and Victory
intersection and allowed payment into a road trust in lieu of construction at this time for
continuity. This final plat is in conformance with the requirements and provisions of the UDC
and acceptable engineering, surveying practices and local standards.
Teakwood subdivision was approved, annexed and rezoned H-2020-0006 with a Development
Agreement recorded as instrument no. 2021-002167.
