This site is located at 6180 W McMillan Road(Parcel number SO428314950). The preliminary plat was approved by Meridian City Council on December 17, 2013. This phase is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat, thereby meets all requirements. Phase 9 also meets all the requirements and provision of the UDC and was prepared in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices and local standards. This property was annexed under Ordinance No. 14-1602,which was recorded as instrument number 114030973. The applicant also entered into a modified Development Agreement, recorded as instrument number 14030972.
