Dear Bill:
Attached to this letter is a Vacation Application for a drainage, utility and maintenance easement
located within the western portion of Parcel R7724570700 located south of E. Pine Ave, north of E.
Commercial St and directly west of N. Hickory Ave.within the City of Meridian.The site is in the
Northeast%of Section 8 of Township 3N, Range 1E, B.M.

The easement to be vacated was created as a part of Gemstone Center No. 5 Plat, dated December 07,
2004 and can be found in Plat Note 2, designating a five foot property drainage, utility construction and
maintenance easement adjacent to all lot lines inside the subdivision which do not front a public street.
The parcel lines were later adjusted as a part of Record of Survey No. 8793, recorded June 1, 2010 as
Instrument No. 110050329, records of Ada County, Idaho W
so the easement area now runs through the middle of the .... ..
