PROJECT: Jakers Grill and Bar Addition
BRS Project No. 20086
To whom it may concern,
Jakers Grill and Bar is proposing to construct (2) drive up sheds for menu handout and order
placement and pickup on 3268 E Pine Ave in Meridian. The additions will be approximately 50sf to
house menus and handle food delivery and payment, and shall be located to the south side of the
building. No additional landscaping will be proposed, and (2) additional exterior light poles are
being proposed for the addition to the existing building.
Architectural Character: The addition will consist of a prefab stucco-like panel with copper banding
to match the existing materials. A brown asphalt roof will match similarly to the existing cedar roof
at the main building. Fascia and soffit colors will also be painted to match the existing building.
There will be (2) sliding windows and (2) fixed window to address traffic and handout menus
accordingly.
Materials: Stucco panel, metal, and roofing of addition will be similar materials and colors to match
the existing building.
Parking Lots: The existing parking lot will be used for the existing building and the addition. (8)
existing parking stalls to be modified for (5) angled stalls to meet Meridian P&Z guidelines for one-
way traffic flow.
Pedestrian Walkways and Facilities: The existing pedestrian walkways will be used to access the
building site. Concrete pavers to be installed to aid in customer orders and food pickup.
The application for Conditional Use Permit and Design Review has been prepared to completely
