Broadway Ave Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Pine 43 Subdivision No 2 2255 E Fairview Ave Engineer's Statement To Whom It May Concern, Kimley-Horn & Associates, on behalf of Roundhouse and the current landowner, has reviewed the geotechnical report prepared by Terracon dated April 27, 2018 for groundwater elevations and as-built construction plans for centerline elevations of Webb Way and State Avenue. The review concluded the highest established normal groundwater elevation to be 8.5' below surface grade. I, Brandon McDougald, state that all street centerline elevations are set a minimum of three feet above the highest established normal groundwater elevation.
