We are requesting to have our hearing for Sky Mesa Commons 5 postponed to the next available City Council hearing so
we can have the landscape plan revised. I am attaching a copy of our revised Final Plat.

Parkways are required to be landscaped with one tree per 35 linear feet (minus 26’ for each driveway)….the calculations
table should include the linear feet of parkways minus driveways and the required vs. provided number of trees. They
should include the other revisions noted in the staff report while they’re at it. I need the revised plat & landscape plan
before noon today if I’m going to issue a revised staff report for this afternoon’s meeting. I also need the revised plat
with the easement change. Or, we need to take it off of today’s agenda….let me know what you want to do.

Sonya-
A copy of the revised landscape plan for Sky Mesa 5 is attached – can you include this in the packet for Council? The
plan has been revised to show one tree per lot. I alos want to point out that our Final Plat should be showing a 10’ PUE
easement on the front and rear of lots - we are showing 12’
