RE: Jocelyn Park Subdivision No.2—Final Plat Application
Dear Mayor and Council,
As representative for Hayden Homes Idaho, LLC, we respectfully request that the City accepts the attached
final plat application for the Jocelyn Park Subdivision No. 2. The preliminary plat was approved for this
development with 66 single family detached building lots and 7 common lots. This application includes a
Phase 1 final plat that was prepared in accordance with the approved preliminary plat for (25) single family
detached building lots, and 1 common lot with a total overall project Phase 2 density of 7.67 units per acre
on 3.26 acres. No changes are requested from the approved preliminary plat. The property is currently
located within City limits and has an R-8 zoning designation. The final plat is prepared in substantial
conformance with the approved preliminary plat, and complies with the conditions of approval included in
the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law for H-2020-0067.
The enclosed application, plat, and construction plans have been prepared and submitted in accordance
with the requirements and provisions of the UDC and acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying
practices, and local standards.
The project approval that is currently in place for the development is (H-2020-0067).
