Alan, looking at that original open space exhibit....we didn't count any areas in Phase 4 for qualified open space except for the 8' park strips which we still have. I totaled up all of those SF callouts and they equal the overall 5.57 acres of qualified open space on the site. Essentially, Phases 1-3 provided all of the qualified open space.
