There were no private streets in the first phase,which has been completed. Phase 2 and 3 are entirely
private streets.
Yes,the Ramada and Fountain are proposed in phase 2 (this phase). Here is a rendering and photo,will that work?

Laren,a few questions about East Ridge.
Are there any private streets that were provided with the first phase,or are ALL the private roads being proposed with this phase.
Is the ramada structure proposed with this phase?I see something in a circle,but I don't see any key notes saying what it is,nor is
there an elevation of it.What about the water feature?Which phase is that and where is the elevation?
