NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian
will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.
on Thursday,March 4,2021 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the following applications:
FlexSpace, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit for a
multi-family development consisting of 66 attached units (56
units on 4225 E.Overland and 10 units on Parcel S1121121011)
on 6.8 acres of land in the C-G zoning district and a Devel-
opment Agreement Modification to modify the concept plan
approved with the existing agreements (Inst. #2017-12608 &
#2018-012456)to include a mix of multi-family and commercial
uses on the remaining 6.8 acres of the Movado development
for Movado Mixed Use (H-2020-0123), located on the south
side of E. Overland Rd. between S. Eagle Road and S. Clo-
verdale Rd.
Lost Rapids Development, LLC for a Conditional Use
Permit for a drive-through establishment within 300-feet of a
residential use and zoning district on 1.61 acres of land in the
C-G zoning district for Lost Rapids Drive-Through (H-2021-
0001),located on the west side of N.Ten Mile Rd.,north of W.
Lost Rapids Dr.
neUdesign Architecture, LLC for a Conditional Use Per-
mit to construct a new 8,436 square-foot single-story daycare
facility on approximately 1 acre of land on Lot 3 of The Shops
at Victory plat in the C-C zoning district for Kiddie Academy
(H-2021-0003),located at 3335 E.Victory Rd.
Individuals wishing to testify in person may do so by attend-
ing the public hearing at the above-noted time and date.Oral
testimony may be limited to 3 minutes per person.Written testi-
mony may be submitted up to 72 hours prior to the Public Hear-
