Probably the second one. I can change that. Can you let me know how many signs you need? Seems like more than 2 for
the length of pine. And going on the South side also.

Hi Todd,
Close, but since we are developing both north and south of Pine Ave (see attached map, properties in blue),
maybe say:
“North and Southwest of Pine Ave and Ten Mile Road”
Or
“North and South of Pine Ave, between Ten Mile Road and Ten Mile Creek”
Do you think one of these is more clear?

Hi Todd,
I don’t think Meridian requires a location, see attached example from the Meridian zoning code.
However, it you think it must have a location ?, then maybe add the attached map in the corner (not too
big). These are the properties that make up the project.

Todd,
Yes, I like the second one too.
Just need one sign, two sided, on Ten Mile, north of Pine.
And one sign (I think that one can be just one side facing west) where W. Pine Ave dead ends on the west side of Ten Mile Creek. (you have to get to this section of Pine Avenue from
Black Cat Road.
There isn’t a street called Pine Avenue between Ten Mile Road and Ten Mile Creek (yet). Right now it is just a long driveway for 3 or 4 homes. So no one will be driving down there.
As part of the new development, Trilogy Development will be building this section Pine Ave as a real street and they will also build a bridge over Ten Mile Creek. That bridge will provide
a connection between Ten Mile Road and
Black Cat Road.
