If you’ll be submitting the Certificate of Zoning Compliance application soon, we can just combine it with that application as we typically do. We do have a few initial questions/comments after reviewing the document:  The email below states that the public hearing is at City Hall, but it appears that there is a virtual component. Will we be able to share our screen in a presentation if attending virtually?  Planning Condition of Approval #2 on page 10 of the staff report indicates that the Property Boundary Adjustment Application A-2020-0182 has been tentatively approved only. Our records indicate that the PBA record of survey was recorded under instrument number 2020-166369 on December 3, 2020. Is there any further action needed on this item?  We had included our Design Review approval in this application, but Planning Condition of Approval #11 on page 11 indicates that a DR application shall be submitted. Can you clarify this condition - we will be required to re-submit our Design Review application pending the outcome of Thursday’s hearing?
