Thank you, Sonya.
We do have a few initial questions/comments after reviewing the document:
The email below states that the public hearing is at City Hall, but it appears that there is a virtual
component. Will we be able to share our screen in a presentation if attending virtually? The meeting is
primarily remote with only a few (maybe one or two members of the Commission and the City Clerk) present at
City Hall – City Hall is open for hearings but remote attendance is highly encouraged. Yes, you can share your
screen if presenting remotely.
Planning Condition of Approval #2 on page 10 of the staff report indicates that the Property Boundary
Adjustment Application A-2020-0182 has been tentatively approved only. Our records indicate that the PBA
record of survey was recorded under instrument number 2020-166369 on December 3, 2020. Is there any
further action needed on this item? If you haven’t submitted the documents noted in the tentative approval
letter to the City, you need to for final approval.
We had included our Design Review approval in this application, but Planning Condition of Approval #11 on
page 11 indicates that a DR application shall be submitted. Can you clarify this condition - we will be required
to re-submit our Design Review application pending the outcome of Thursday’s hearing? Yes, you did, my bad
. I’ll revise the report to include the DR.
Thank you for all your work on this project!
Best,
Jennifer
