Narrative: Our application is for a new self -storage facility at 2500 N Eagle Rd. The proposed facility will
consist of a 3 story, approximately 95,680 square foot building, and a one story, approximately 2,100 square
foot building. The facility will include approximately 700-800 storage units ranging in size from 5'x5' to
10'x30'. The 3 story building will include a pass through that is roughly 40' wide by 17' tall for cars and
