Re: Epic Development – RV Storage Facility
Dear Planning Department, please see attached narrative letter regarding a
proposed 29,400 sq. ft. Recreational Storage Facility.
The best part of having “toys” whether it be a trailer, motorhome, boat, etc. is
playing with them!
Owning one of these “toys” comes with the responsibility of maintaining and
storing your investment in a safe and secure location. When we started Precision
Storage Concepts in Temecula, California in 2010, we saw the need for a facility
that takes storing your RV, boat, or trailer to the next level.
Pride of ownership extends to your home and all your possessions. Keeping your
RV, trailer, or boat in front of your house, on the street, or in your garage is not
only an eye sore but against many CC&R’s, HOA’s and neighborhood
requirements.
In addition to these benefits we also recognized the convenience that comes with
not having to clean or park your RV, Boat, or trailer upon returning home from
your trip.
Thus, Precision Storage Concepts was established with a valet system that not only
comes with a drop and go system, a wash before each use and includes maintenance
checks on standard items such as batteries, water, refrigerator, and tire pressure.

housing developments and in accordance with the HOA’s and CC&R’s.
