Broadway Ave., Ste. 102 Meridian, ID. 83642 RE: Lost Rapids Subdivision-Meridian, ID Conditional Use Permit Dear Mr. Parsons: We are pleased to submit the attached application and required supplements for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for a drive thru on the Lost Rapids Subdivision. The subject property is approximately 1.606 acres and identified as lot 13 on the Lost Rapids Subdivision Plat. Since our pre-app meeting the plat has been recorded and the subject property is restricted to one parcel within the subdivision(lot13). The site is located along Ten mile Road, south of Chinden Blvd. and north of Lost Rapids Dr. As you know, the Lost Rapids Subdivision is a project that was approved by the Meridian City Council to include single-family residential, multi-family residential, and commercial pads, one of which is the subject of this application. We are proposing a multi-tenant building with a drive thru. Because of the proximity of the proposed drive thru to the multi-family project to the west, Lost Rapids Townhomes, which we are developing, we are required to get a CUP for the drive thru. We’re currently working on construction documents for the project. As such, we’ve attached concept elevations from a project we like that shows what our elevations may look like. We understand that we will need to comply with city architecture standards. We believe that our proposed project will complement the surrounding area and provide additional services to the residents of Meridian.
