and/or Leavi.tt NuPacific the right-of-way for an easemcnt for the construction,
operation and maintenance of a sanitary sewer line over and across the folloruing

The easement herebv granEed is for the purpose of consErucEj-on of a
sanitary ser"'er 1j.ne and a11ied facilities by Leavitt NuPacific, together with
their operation, maiDtenance, repair, and replacement at the conrlenience of
the Grantee, with the free right of access to such facilities at any and aJ"1
times.
TO IIAVE AND T0 HoLD, the said easeEent and right-of-way unto the said
Crantee, its suecessors and-assigns forever.
IT IS EXPRESSLY II{DERSTooD AND AGREED, by and beEween the parties hereto
that Leavitt NuPacific !ril1 timely complete the r,rork of laying Ehe sanitary
sewer line and restore the premises used therefore to a conditi.on cornparable
with thaE existing prior to exercising this easernent; that in making future
repairs the Grantee will expediently replace and restore the premises to a
condition comparable to that existent prior to undertaking such repairs and
replacements.
THE GRANIORS hereby covenant and agree that they vi1l not pJ-ace or allow
to be placed any permanent structures on the area described for this casemcnt
which rvould interferc \rith the use of said descrlbed easemenE for the purposes
