to get that 22,000 SF total on the big lot, they included that area under the "temp" turnaround. How many years
is it temp? We just made it a real turnaround with sidewalk and curb so it could be there forever. the right
thing to do.
so if you compare apples to apples (like I did on my exhibits), we have over 4,300 SF additional in open space
from the pre-plat. Because we excluded the permanent cul-de-sac in our calcs and they included the temp
turnaround in the same area, there is that discrepancy you are seeing.
they included 4,814 SF of "temporary" asphalt in their open space area on that lot. and it could be several years
before the need for it it goes away and I dont know who would be responsible to remove it and replace with
grass and sprinklers.

pre-plat. It’s greater on the pre-plat.

Alan,
I went off the CAD from the previous engineer from the approved preplat..... And did the same from the CAD
from our current engineer for the final plat. See the 2 pdfs....We are good. and we have better lots and a real
turnaround with sidewalk instead of that cheap "temp" pavement-only one they had on the preplat.
