2021-01-20 HickoryEasement GRIGa'IVAL S537988 A UIC LAW DEPARTMENT DOCUMENT NO. 2-7566 ° Page 1 EASEMENT DEED THIS DEED, Made this 20 day of , 1984 , between UPLAND INDUSTRIES CORPORATION, a clorporation of the State of Nebraska, (hereafter "Grantor") , and CITY OF MERIDIAN, a municipal corporation of the State of Idaho, whose postal address is 728 Meridian Street, Meridian, Idaho 83642 , (hereafter "Grantee") : WITNESSETH, That Grantor , for and in considera- tion of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) , to it paid by Grantee, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, has granted, bargained , sold and conveyed , and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto Grantee a PERPETUAL EASEMENT solely for utility purposes, within, over and across the property of Grantor situate in the City of Meridian , County of Ada, State of Idaho, described in Exhibit A hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof. This deed is made subject to all outstanding leases and other outstanding rights, including , but not limited to, those for highways and other roadways and —` rights of way for irrigation ditches, pipelines , pole and wire lines and the right of renewals and extensions of the same, and subject also to all conditions, limita- tions, restrictions, encumbrances, reservations or inter- ests of any person which may affect the said land , whether recorded or unrecorded.
