To whom it may concern,
I am a new homeowner in the Bridgetower West Community. What originally attracted my
husband and I to this Neighborhood was the look and feel.The homes are all well built homes with
decent lot sizes,the brick laid streets,the family friendly pathways and wide open common areas with
lots of grass and landscaping.
Now that we have lived in Bridgetower for a few months the things we like most are the good lot
sizes, we do not feel like we are packed in and have neighbors right on top of us.There is enough garage
and driveway space on all of the homes that there is no overflow of cars parking in the street. We are
loving the open green space the neighborhood offers as well as a very nice playground for the children.
We really appreciate that the homes in the neighborhood are single family homes, it really helps to
make the neighborhood not feel crowded.
