2021-01-19 Chad Kennedy NINETY DEGREE C0N9TOUGTI0N To whom it may concern: I have lived in BridgeTower West for a little over 2 years. I believe my home was built in the 2nd phase so I have seen the community grow quite a bit. I have built homes in the past that were in new construction and have dealt with the nuances of loud equipment, dirty work areas, and debris left in the streets. However, in BridgeTower West that has not been the case, which tells me there is an importance placed on keeping a clean and tidy work area and that expectations seem to be communicated to all contractors and parties involved with the build. The grounds of the community are well kept and homeowners are particularly happy with the neighborhood. The only complaint that I have heard is the distance to the new High School (on McDermitt) and that there is only 1 pool that serves both BridgeTower West communities that reside on the North and South of McMillan Rd. I really like the location of the master planned community. We are accustomed to master planned communities so we were looking forward to the building Costco, WinCo, etc. It has been fun to watch these business' enter into our community. I look forward to many years of watching this area develop into a sought after place to live in Meridian ID. Sincerely, Chad Kennedy
