We moved from California to Idaho after retirement and settled in Bridgetower West in March 2019.We
had been working with Michael Highbarger of Silver Creek Realty for almost a year before finding
Bridgetower West.This is a wonderful community with some excellent perks. First and foremost is the
RV garages that were available in this subdivision. Once I saw these little gems, I would NEVER have
another home WITHOUT an attached RV BAY.The paver stone streets are a great feature, and we love
that the houses are all different styles and not cookie cutter like some of the other communities.This
was another reason for this development as ninety degree had an excellent reputation and we love the
stucco exterior opposed to wood siding. Only two things we wish were different is (1) larger lots, (but
I'm sure that's everyone) and (2)the 6-foot-high fences are fine but solid instead of 2 foot of lattice on
top would really help with privacy issues. If the developer opens up another subdivision similar to
Bridgetower West I will definitely be on the lookout for our same home on a bigger lot. We love this
community and ninety-degree construction.
