Sonya – Looks like they did have a three-story hospital concept to share, please see the attached watercolor rendering.
They don’t have the three story Medical Office building yet.

Sonya – I don’t have those renderings right now – I will ask the HCA architect to send me something as soon as they can.
Also, just a note, the Medical Office Building in the NE corner is noted at 4 stories in order to appropriately
accommodate the full first floor of retail and restaurant. HCA preferred the entire first floor to be retail/restaurant to
make it more attractive to a tenant and reserve the top 3 stories for Medical Office use.
