Good morning Alan,
My name is Steve Thiessen. I am the president of the Cabella Creek HOA. I was approached by one of our members
Mrs. Rita Green. She is quite worried about the traffic and noise of the new Cachs Creek sub. I had left comments
during the hearing last month about adding an additional access on Locust Grove. This may help reduce some of the
traffic on Sagemore and Loggers Pass. I am also pretty sure that ACHD probably has no desire to put one in that close to
Victory.
One of the suggestions that Mrs. Green had was to put a masonry fence along the lots abutting the existing homes in
Cabella Creek Subdivision. This may help abate some of the noise. Thank you for your time.
