The project lot is currently zoned I-L/L-0 and the proposed improvements are an allowable use. The property is well suited for the proposed facility. The new site improvements to the existing property will maintain and enhance the already matured landscape in this area of Meridian. The addition will add approximately 24,300 square feet to the current oil storage facility. The overall site plan and building layout enhance the area and coincide with the surrounding developments. This narrative completes our formal Certificate of Zoning Compliance & Design Review application submittal. Please provide a written response and/or approval at your earliest convenience.
