Dear Mr. Johnson:
On behalf of Fall Creek Custom Homes LLC, I would like to applaud Mr. McCollum on a great
community. We support the proposed development and the very thought-out transition to the
commercial component. I have been building/developing in this valley since 2004. Bridgetower
West community has been well thought out with a diverse density, a lot of open space, and beautiful
streets with top notch landscape architect. The other homeowners and I have chosen to be a part of
this community and did so because of what Mr. McCollum and the planning department have
created. Unfortunately, growth is hard for everyone to accept when it is in our backyard and it is in
our nature to try and protect what we have; however, the reality is we have all chosen Bridgetower
West because of the quality of the development and the sense of community. All of us at Fall Creek
Custom Homes LLC look forward to the continued success and growth in this great city we call
home.
