APPROVED: that ear. of the esley recreation Lowe be hired , yea. to pr pare h of od as he ground at a small local Cit Clerk -- NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That the Assessment Roll of Local Improvement District No. l for the City of Meridian, Idaho, was filed in the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 728 Meridian Street, Meridian, Idaho, on the 1st day of April, 1966, and notice was published in the Meridian News -Times, pursuant to Idaho Code, Section 50-2916, of protest hearing to be held at the said City Hall at the above address, on the 19th day of April, 1966, at 7:30 o'clock P.M.; and, further, that said protest hearing was held at said time and at said place and that no protests or objections were filed, either before or during the said meeting, and that, accordingly, the Assessment Roll was confirmed by unanimous vote of the City Council of the City of Meridian. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That said Assessments shall be due and payable to the City Treasurer twenty days from the date of said confirmation of said Assessment Roll by the Council, and if not paid within thirty days thereafter shall become delinquent and shall be collected as provided by law, specifically as provided in Title 50, Chapter 29, of the Idaho Code. I do further certify that said Assessment Roll has been on file since that date and available for inspection and has not been altered, amended or repealed and is now in full force and effect and has been confirmed on the 18th day of April, 1966, by the unanimous vote of the Council of the City of Meridian.
