The purpose of the Wellness Fusion Med Spa is to expand the SpurWing Club membership only benefits. Each club member will have access to the spa on an appointment basis; the Spa will not be accessible to the general public. The proposed use is subject to all previous has no previous conditions of approval associated with this site (AZ-11- 005; RZ-11-006; PP-11-011; CUP-11-009; MDA-11-011; VAR-11-003; FP-13-005). Note: Exterior modifications are approved with this application. The subject property includes an exterior door change for the structure previously identified as the Challenge Course Pro Shop at the Club at SpurWing as noted on the attached elevations prepared by Larson Architects, P.A. on December 12, 2020, labeled A-2. Note: This is not a building permit. Please contact Building Services and the Meridian Fire Department at (208) 887-2211 to verify if you need a building permit and/or inspection. If you do need a building permit, you must complete that process before you commence the use or construction. Please contact Building Services for additional details about building permits and inspections. The applicant, Director, or a party of record may request City Council review of a decision of the Director. All requests for review shall be filed in writing with the Planning Division of the Community Development Department on or before January 21, 2021, within fifteen (15) days after the written decision is issued, and contain the information listed in Unified Development Code (UDC) 11-5A-6B.
