This letter is being submitted along with site plans and the appropriate fee to build an RV storage on
Parcel #R9211510050, 420 W. Waltman, lot # 04, Block # 02 in Waltman Court Subdivision, Township
3N, Range 1W, section 13. This parcel is currently zoned C-G.
It is my intention to build a pole style building, 16' x 44' x 15, with the intended use of private storage of
an RV owned by the owner of the property. The building is a roof only structure with no side walls or
enwalls. This will not be rented out or used as a commercial structure. There are no other intended uses
for the structure being built.
There will not be any electrical or water install in this structure. There is not a landscape plan required
for this structure as we are not removing any vegetation on the site. There will not be a trash enclosure
installed as this property is not being used for commercial use. There will not be any parking stalls on
this project.
