CZC NARRATIVE
ADVANCED CONTROL SYSTEMS – SHOP ADDITION

The existing property, owned and occupied by Advanced Control Systems, will continue
to function as it currently operates. The Existing buildings on site include a Main building, which
has a main floor and a basement. This building is primarily offices for the company. The second
building is the Annex building, which also consists of offices and product storage. As the
company grows, they need to expand their office space as well as their shop/warehouse facility
to accommodate growth in product demand. This new project would add a shop/office addition
to the north end of the site, where they will continue to carry out the operations that they are
currently to run their business.
Thus, the current use of this property will continue unaltered in zone C-G, only growing
the business size on the site. The previous CZCU was approved on Oct 18, 2018 allowing the
business to utilize the site under the current zoning regulations (CZCU A-2018-0317). All
existing and new site improvements continue to comply with AZ-04-001 & DA Inst.
