Hi Joe,
I’ve been out for the holidays and am just getting to this. Sorry for the delay.
1. The existing driveway width, at it’s narrowest point, is 15’. This is from the edge of the paving on the west to the existing block landscape wall to the
east. The edge of pavement is about 5’ from the west property line, where there is an existing 5’ landscape buffer.
3. If pulled into the driveway up to the annex building, the entire site and back of building could be reached within 150’. I’ve attached a sketch site plan
highlighting new items. On this, it shows part of a 150’ radius from the center of the truck, as well as a dashed line from either side of the truck showing a
150’ line around both sides of the back of the addition.

Ben – the last time someone came in with an application, they could not meet the access requirements for the project.
So I need a few details prior to approval.
1. The driveway – how close to 20 feet wide can it get? It seems with the property line – they could not meet the 20’ FD access rule.
2. I need to be able to turn a fire engine around in the parking area. Please show how one of these will fit in:
3. OR Show how with a 150’ preconnect we could reach all points of the building if we pull into the driveway and stop without going all the way in.
