Private Street Application
Attached for your review and favorable consideration is the Private Street Application for the
Impressive East Ridge 2 and 3 Subdivision. These two phases of construction consist of 98 residential, 1
Private Street, 5 Common Drive lots and 14 common lots on approximately 16.59 acres of land in the R-
15 zone.
Private Streets Application
A private street application is being requested with this final plat application for phase 2 and the future
phase 3 of the Village, as one was not applied for in phase 1 since there are no common drives in that
phase.
Maintenance and repair of the private street will be provided by the Homeowners Association. An
account will be created with the CCR's to accumulate funds for future repairs and maintenance of the
private street. The developer has set up several of these in the past for other developments and
understands the financial obligation and structure that needs to be placed in the CCR's.
On behalf of the applicant, DevCo Development respectfully requests approval of this private
street. This project will provide quality and desirable housing opportunities for Meridian residents.
