Private Streets
A private street application is being requested with this East Ridge Phase 2 Final Plat Application and the
future Phase 3 of the Village, as one was not applied for in Phase 1 due to the fact that there are no
common drives in Phase 1.
Maintenance and repair of the private street will be provided by the Homeowners Association. An
account will be created with the CCR's to accumulate funds for future repairs and maintenance of the
private street. The developer has set up several of these in the past for other developments and
understands the financial obligation and structure that needs to be placed in the CCR's.
